Minor Tweaks

A few minor tweaks have been added to the site. There's now a better fallback option if the api doesn't respond. Previously the full stack trace was shown the user, now a more elegant page is displayed. Similarly a custom 404 error page replaces the standard flask page. Finally a Favicon finishes off the update.
